What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
While we know you love our products, there may be an exchange required if you receive a wrong product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items on “sale” or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@chiteacompany.com along with your order number and proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Being a perishable beverage consumption product, as per health guidelines, we can only return or exchange if you have received a wrong item.
What should I do if I receive a wrong item?
If you received an item different than what you ordered, email us at info@chiteacompany.com and we will send you the correct item as per your order.

How long does it take to process an exchange?
